Great location to stay for ASU functions or you could explore some of the many activities that Boone and the surrounding area has to offer such as snow tubing, skiing, zip lining, golfing, fishing and hiking. Or you could enjoy spending time around town shopping and dining at the many restaurants.

Had a great stay. Loved the location. Place was very homey and welcoming. Although dated it had everything we needed and more. As folks have said, watch the stairs. Not an issue for us though there's one that's a different rise than the others and could catch someone off guard. Will stay again!
