"We really enjoyed our stay at the tiny house. Our host was very responsive to questions we had. It felt more spacious than I expected, probably because there was outdoor space for our kids to run. There was not a playground, at least we didn't see one, but we also didn't ask the host for information about that so I suppose there could be one that we just didn't see. Our little boy really loved sleeping in the loft (but be aware that there is not a railing). We had everything we needed to cook what we wanted to cook, and the kitchen was well stocked considering that it was a tiny home. But if you have specific kitchen utensils you are really going to want or are planning to do a lot of indoor cooking, you may want to bring some extra kitchen items. Everything was clean. The outdoor area was nice, firewood was provided, and within a couple of minutes drive there was an access point to the river where our kids loved to play. It was convenient to access the national park (Cosby area). There is a security camera outside which we did not realize before arrival."

Nestled in the trees the birds sang to us every day!My husband and I wanted a getaway to relax and just be the 2 of us, this place helped us to do just that!!The screened in porch was our favorite, you really felt as though you’re sitting up in the trees!!We recommend this cabin to all who need a reset!!Jane was a great host, very friendly and accommodating to our needs!!"

"Was a little hard to get to driving in and accessing the cabin, wasn’t expecting that, but made due with a longer walk around the “mountain” by the cabin in front the pond. The location of the cabin is wonderful and has a personal gazebo style place to sit and relax or can enjoy the hot tub or a camp fire. The people we met were so nice and friendly!! Shout out to Ms. Tammy’s brother, he made conversation about the area and things to do. Spoke about good places to eat and even told us about the buffet going on that Friday night!! Very serene and peaceful!!! The pets around the area made for laughs and good company!! Cats were so sweet and friendly, I would have loved to have taken one home!! This specific cabin/shack not recommended for those with difficulty hiking or walking on the side of a “mountain”. Would definitely stay at the location again, but I would look at a different “cabin” as they have several to chose from!! "

"Check in was very easy using the code. The cabin was so cozy and comfortable. It was more like a cottage. The beds were very comfortable and well supplied. The kitchen was large and well supplied. Appliances were up to date. We also used the outdoor grill. The cabin was located so that we were near Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. We loved being in the woods and the sunrises were beautiful. The swing on the porch was fun."

"We recently stayed for a week for our summer vacation and had an amazing time. The cabin was beautiful, comfortable and provided everything our family needed. The owners were on top of everything from check in to check out. They touched base with us to make sure we had everything we needed and really made us feel welcome. "Carrie’s Cabin was amazing! We booked this trip for all 10 family members to take my 80yr old mother in law to Dollywood and this cabin was absolutely the icing on the cake. Plenty of space for all 10 people to sleep comfortably, two showers, and a queen sized bed downstairs (which made it accessible for my elderly in-laws)- it was great. Guests will find everything they need here, from cookware to towels. The house is immaculately clean. All questions were answered promptly. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience! "
