The place was okay, internet was slow. My flight arrived for 11.59pm I informed and explained to them ahead of time that I have a late flight, ofcourse i have to go through baggage claim and wait for taxi so obviously it will take about an hour extra after landing, seems like the manager wasn't too pleased about that. Communication was poor. There is no elevator so if you're coming with big suitcases "good luck" those stairs are a mess, steps are small and the area is very narrow, I had the time of my life carrying those suitcases upstairs. I would not book here again for me personally but I can definitely recommend to others who are traveling light and just needs somewhere to lay your head. The rooms are decent.

Incredibly clean, exactly what I paid for and more. Rooms have great privacy, are well kept, and have HVAC that regulates room temp well. Excellent customer service, was easily able to contact property managers to discuss personal accommodations and they were more than happy to help. Could not recommend this place enough for an affordable stay in Boston. Easy to get into the city as the station is just a quick walk from the property (and a safe walk at night).

Very nice room. Very clean. With the door closed, the room stays hot and stuffy. Comfy bed. Very quite place. Short walk to the subway station. Enjoyed our stay very much. Need to find a way to get more ventilation into the room.

It's clean and quiet. However, the owner seemed very inconspicuous and judgmental. Firstly, he does refuses to be contacted by any other means except through SMS or WhatsApp, which was already a red flag for me. I messaged him through WhatsApp to ask him a few questions, most of which remained unanswered. The first response I received from him was him commenting on the contents of my personal WhatsApp profile and said it's "Not a good idea for a guest... a guest in a house." I didn't even use the bathroom because it was used by the other guests, which is fine, but I've been told the water is cold. I tested this with the kitchen sink and the 0.5 bathroom sink, and it did not warm after five minutes of running. Lastly, there is no laundry accommodations like it's listed on this website. I tried reporting that to Expedia, but they ignored the request, so just keep in mind that you CAN NOT do your laundry here.
