Absolutely horrible
"I think a lot of people has reviewed on this. But I can only said air conditioning system issue need to be fix. Otherwise it is hard for other customer wants to stay. It is summer time and the air conditioning system not work. All you got is a fan will only have little help. Can you imagine stay ..."

"Clean rooms with everything you would expect in most hotels. Complimentary water in the room was welcomed especially as we stayed when temperatures were higher. "Lovely peaceful setting in rural Suffolk, with walks on mown path around edge of property. Handy enough to reach Sutton Hoo and Minsmere by car. The only negative was that the shower temperature controls were difficult to master - some instructions would be useful."
