Absolutely horrible
I think a lot of people has reviewed on this. But I can only said air conditioning system issue need to be fix. Otherwise it is hard for other customer wants to stay. Room was very clean, bathroom was lagging of a hanger/hook for towels. Staff cleaned room everyday and also topped up our teas and coffee satchels that was very helpful. Spa was clean and atmospheric.

Two adults stayed. Used both bedrooms. Very hot but able to open windows. Enjoyed the upstairs outside deck when we were there. Useful having washing machine.
