With 2 bedrooms, living room, bathroom, pantry, fully equipped kitchen and laundry area. Beautifully decorated and newly furnished. Lockers rooms and new kitchen, 02 air cond, sound, tv led 32 'with 56 channels, wi-fi, beach chairs and tent. In the condominium has 02 marinas (Marina Porto Bracuhy and BR Marinas) 03 restaurants and a small market. It is 25 km from the center of Angra and 80 km from Paraty.
