"We've been VRBO customers for more than 10 years. This is the by far the worst communication we've had with a host over that time. Marina, working under the Orchid group, downgraded the paid-for unit from a three- to a two-bedroom unit and relocated the rental from Cambridge to Seaport without any kind of notification.
