We are delighted to share this unique Italian-Renaissance style home with you and your family.

As you wind down the curving drive to the villa entrance, you’ll notice the natural stone formations on either side. As you pull up to the brick and stone entrance and step through the wrought iron gate into the courtyard, you’ll see the perfect spot for relaxing with a glass of grappa and a good book amid the lovely plantings.

The Space:
Exiting the courtyard, you’ll step through an abbey-style doorway, into the unique foyer. On the right, a lovely console surrounded by greenery, an exquisite mirror and antique urns set the stage for the truly unique view to the left. Overhead, the chandelier casts its light on a custom commissioned wall-sized mural of The Chateau, an iconic Branson landmark. The view of this actual landmark is visible by simply looking out one of the many floor to ceiling windows on the main level!

From the foyer, you enter the open-floor-plan living, kitchen and dining areas, all featuring gorgeous solid oak flooring. The first of the main-level fireplaces is tucked inside a white marble wall surrounded by beautifully decorated bookcases. The view from this room is fantastic and showcases The Chateau, through the window wall as well as the main level deck.

The spacious modern kitchen features built-in appliances, including two dishwashers, a refrigerator with built in computer screen which can be used for grocery lists, notes to family members, etc. The chef in your family will be delighted with the fully stocked cookware, utensils, cabinets as well as pantry, microwave, additional sink, handy for those special occasions. Features include granite countertops, an extra-long central island plus all dinnerware, cutlery, knife sets, glasses for 30 settings. Appliances including Kitchen-Aid mixer, blender, toaster, crock pot, waffle maker and griddle are also available. Plenty of seating is available, both in the kitchen area and main level formal dining room. Al fresco dining and lounging is available just outside the kitchen door on the main level deck. The spacious laundry room and a half-bath are located just off the kitchen area. Cooking is a dream in this kitchen!

The formal dining room is located on the main level and blends nicely into the open floor plan kitchen and living area. Anchored by the ornate Italian-style dining table, matching carved wood and leather chairs and lovely art, this room is the perfect setting for your own delicious meals.

The main level master bedroom features king-size memory foam mattress encased in an Italian renaissance-style bed made with luxury linens for a perfect night’s sleep. The master features comfortable seating and a large television. The oversized master bathroom has a spacious double vanity, walk-in shower, oversized jacuzzi tub, closet space and is stocked with plenty of luxury bath linens. The main level also includes a queen size bedroom with an extra trundle and features its own beautiful fireplace wall for those cool evenings.

Heading upstairs to the upper level, you will find a private king-size bedroom, with a beautiful natural rustic bed, nightstand, dresser and chest. This private bedroom has a sweet window-seat area with comfy chair, table and lamp, perfect for simply relaxing.

Head downstairs from the main level and you’ll find a huge open floor plan game room with air hockey, pool table, arcade games, a full-size Poker game table and plenty of fun for the entire family. Futons in this room provide additional seating and sleeping space. The lower level also houses a spacious king bedroom, a queen bedroom, a living room area complete with sleeper sofa and large television, and a super-cute bunkbed room. The bunk room features two bunks, each with one full-size bed, one twin-size bed and a twin-size trundle. Both bunks have built in drawers. Access to the lower level deck is a step away through glass doors in the downstairs living room area.

The spacious downstairs kitchen is fully-stocked with dishes, cookware, Keurig and other kitchen necessities and also features a 10’ bar-level granite countertop with barstools.

Our brand new state-of-the art theater room, featuring a 120” screen, projection equipment and surround sound is loaded with all your favorite apps and is just the ticket for family entertainment! Elevated leather recliners with remote controls ensure your comfortable viewing. You’ll love this room.
