No it does not tell you it’s under renovation but all in all it was great. Bed was so comfortable and our room was really clean. Staff was so nice and helpful. Only problem is that the WiFi was a little slow.

They are in the midst of a remodel, but my room was decent and quiet. It's not near food, you will have to drive for that. but easy on and off the freeway.

The hotel was under a major renovation as of Oct 2023. The rooms were dated, which is okay. The cleanliness of the room was acceptable. There wasn't much offered for the complimentary breakfast. I am sure this place will be a nice place to stay when finished. This hotel is a bargain compared to the surrounding area hotels.

We played soccer in the area so the location was perfect for us. It was in an area that we felt very safe and easy to get on the highway. The price was right and I had no concerns or issues with the work that was going on with their remodeling. If you don't mind seeing tile/sheetrock and want to save some money, this is the place. We paid less than half of what some of the other parents paid for their hotels. I would definitely recommend this place for those who are coming to town for youth sporting events.

The staff was most pleasant . Problem is management/owners need to clean a set group of rooms or remodel them prior to renting to travelers. The rooms all need thorough cleaning and airing out. The heating and cooling units need cleaning out prior to being used for air quality to be acceptable. Can become a very nice hotel once remodeling is completed.

The hotel was under extreme renovation. There must have been a good hotel there at one time. There was a bug in the pool. The carpet was stained. Im sure once theyre finished with the renovation it will be a lot better. We asked for fresh towels and they forgot. The staff was friendly.

The property looks absolutely nothing like the pictures. Pictures must have been taken when it was new. No signage so looks like only website bookings. Difficult to find no sign or address on the building.

The property has potential but the area around property full of trash. The room (im a room inspector at hotel) was very nasty and not properly wiped down. Only thing good was the beds. The breakfast was a continental breakfast but looks like they went to local store to purchase the food.

Not a bad hotel for the price. I’ve stayed in worse and also better. If you’re excited because in the pictures they have a nice outside pool. Don’t be because it’s closed. Also the hot tub is broken. Even if you wanted to use it the room it’s in is not ventilated well at all so it’s hot in their. At least the construction noise wasn’t too bad

The area the hotel was in was extremely nice. They are under major construction, which was not a problem. However, our room was DIRTY. The shower had hair all over it and looked like it haven’t been cleaned in months. The towels were either still dirty, or extremely stained, and the carpets looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed for quite some time either.

The hotel is under renovation but the rooms they are providing are filthy and smell like smoke -there were stains in every piece of furniture the ceilings and the bedding and towels. Need major work to even be acceptable. Staff was nice but they are in over their heads

Property is under renovation, which guests should be told of in advance. Room was in poor condition (broken window, broken bathroom vanity, etc.) The only positive was that the bed was clean and comfortable. Overall, I would not recommend this property - at least in its current condition.
