Welcome to the outskirts of St. Andreasberg - in the beautiful apartment on the mezzanine floor of a nice little house, ideal for 1-2 couples or friends.

From the bedroom with box-spring double bed you look into the green. The kitchen offers induction hob, dishwasher, refrigerator, oven at working height, coffee maker all necessary dishes and cooking utensils. At the Tresentisch find here up to 4 people on bar stools place. 2 more people can sleep on the fold-out box-spring sofa in the living room. There is a flat-screen TV in the bedroom and living room. There is a shower room with toilet and sink available. All rooms except the tiled bathroom have vinyl floor.

Restaurants are as well as a supermarket (about 200m, also open on Sunday mornings, bakers: bread delivery service) in the area. There is a small grill for a cozy get-together outside.

Laundry packages can be rented for a single 10, - € / person (includes hand and bath towels, full sheets). After booking we ask for timely information (no later than 3 days before arrival), if and how many laundry packages are needed, as well as the indication of the approximate arrival time. Arrival is possible from 15:00. Please note that ordered too much and not in time (3 days before arrival) canceled laundry packages must be paid. Complete cancellations are free of charge up to 14 days prior to arrival; later cancellations cost 50% of the rent.

Wi-Fi can be used free of charge. Car parking spaces are on the roadside in front of the property sufficient. 1 dog can be brought, for an additional charge of 10, - / day.

Perfekt

Die Wohnung war schön eingerichtet und sehr sauber und ordentlich. Mein Hund und ich haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt. Ein Körbchen, Spielzeuge, Futternäpfe sowie ein Hundehandtuch lagen für ihn bereit. Wir konnten direkt von der Wohnung aus tolle Wanderungen unternehmen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Schöne Ferienwohnung, zentral gelegen

Die Ferienwohnung war schön Eingerichtet und war ein super Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen. Die Wohnung war sauber und es war alles da was man braucht. Leider gab es für 2 Wochen nur jeweils ein großes und ein kleines Handtuch. Unser Hund durfte nicht in den Gemeinschaftsgarten, dass war zwar weiter nicht schlimm, aber ich hätte gut gefunden wenn es auch in der Beschreibung gestanden hätte.

Geht so

Die anfängliche Kommunikation war ganz ok, Bestätigung der Reservierung. Leider kamen die Kontaktdaten zur Schlüsselübergabe erst einen Zag nach Beginn des Aufenthalts. Bei der Ankunft am Objekt war leider Niemand anwesend. Auch andere Bewohnte des Hauses hatten keine Kenntnis. Also mit Fewo nach 5 Versuchen ein Gespräch hinbekommen und dann auch einen Schlüssel bekommen. Der 1. Eindruck war dann ganz ok. Allerdings roch die Wohnung übermäßig nach Weichspüler und der riesige, volle Standaschenbecher vor der Haustür geht gar nicht. Der ist echt ekelhaft, sowohl für die Augen als auch für die Nase. Zu guter Letzt ist die Wohnung wohl eher eine schnelle Lösung was Aufwand und Pflege angeht. Geschirr ist knapp, das Besteck teilweise defekt. Ansonsten ist die Wohnung recht ok. Der Internetanschluss funktioniert einwandfrei (300Mbit) und ein Nahkauf ist ca 150 m entfernt. Wir hatten uns mehr von diesem Urlaub und der Gegend versprochen.

Waren schon öfter in dieser Ferienwohnung und was soll ich sagen alles wie immer gut. Die Wohnung ist modern. Mit Hund ist Sankt Andreas Berg perfekt zum Wandern geeignet. Also alles wie immer super.

Für Hundefreunde eine ideale Unterkunft als Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen. Ein- und Auschecken wurden mit freundlichem und informativem Smalltalk durchgeführt.

Wanderurlaub im Harz

Eine sehr schöne und gepflegte Wohneinheit mit seperater Küche, Wohn- und Schlafzimmer und komfortabler Ausstattung. Gerade bei durchwachsenem Wetter ist auch der seperate Eingangsbereich, getrennt von den anderen Räumlichkeiten ideal wenn Kleidung oder Schuhe verschmutzt sind, dass man keinen Dreck in den Wohnbereich trägt.

Eigentlich wie immer
