"The house is huge - the furniture is quite shabby - couches on blocks of wood. Beds are falling apart. Only sheets provided not a single blanket in the house and only a couple of towels. The outdoor area was completely overgrown and the firepit had no usable area to sit around it. The decks were huge. There was no bbq that was usable and the canoe was full of holes. "Stair Carpet is dirty - in the room the carpet is dirty and around the walls and air conditioning unit there was so much dust and dirt from previous tenants. Beds were fine clean bedding. Bathroom is clean and towels plenty and well kept. Shower is old but good water pressure. Bathroom sink tap leaks through the top of the tap. Mini fridge works perfect keeping pop cold. Tv sound is low but good picture. Hotel is pretty quiet. Continental breakfast consisted of toast/bagel juice and coffee. Pretty limited for a breakfast option. "
