In a holiday residence with a shared heated swimming pool (open from mid-June to mid-September), tennis courts, a playground, a pétanque court, and shared green spaces, this single-story, one-bedroom house comprises a main room with a fitted and equipped kitchen (small refrigerator, small freezer, dishwasher, induction hob, mini-oven, microwave) and a dining/lounge area (table, chairs, sideboard, flat-screen TV, and a sofa bed for two).

A hallway leads to the WC, the shower room (shower, vanity unit, washing machine), and the bedroom: a double bed (140 cm) and wardrobes.
The living room opens onto a pleasant paved patio with garden furniture (table, chairs, electric barbecue, two sun loungers, parasol).

One private parking space.

This holiday home offers all the necessary comforts and an ideal location just 900 meters from the Parée district, with its beach, shops, and summer activities.

Within the "Fermes Marines" residence, you can enjoy a shared heated swimming pool, tennis courts, a pétanque court, a ping-pong table, a children's playground, as well as a mini-market (with a bread delivery service 750m from the house) and a restaurant.

All you have to do is settle in and fully enjoy your stay!

Pets are not allowed. Sheets and linens are not provided. Tourist tax is not included.
Optional end-of-stay cleaning service, subject to availability (€70), can be booked through the agency.
