Immaculate lower level private retreat, just a few miles from Downtown Brevard! Your own deck overlooking the wooded property with comfortable seating and outdoor gas grill!! Lots of windows. Spacious bedroom with King Size bed, 58” smart TV. Large living room has comfortable seating area with leather couch (which doubles as a queen sized hidabed), Gas Fireplace, and smart TV. Full kitchen with everything you need. Eating area at breakfast bar with stools for 3. Bathroom with step-up tub and shower. Private drive/parking area. Don't stay in a cramped hotel room when you can have your own big, comfortable home away from home! Pet friendly. Wifi. Located in a quiet neighborhood just outside the city.
