Enjoy staying in a newly built custom log condo centrally located in the serene mountains of Brian Head, Utah in a quaint alpine community. You’ll enjoy this 2 bedroom, 1 bath open floor plan condo that comfortably sleeps 6 with a total of 3 queen beds. Open floor plan joining family room, chef’s kitchen & dining area. Large windows allow light to pour in with glimpses of surrounding forrest & towering evergreens. This condo is the perfect base for all your mountain adventures and relaxation.
This condo is a new custom built true log cabin with an open floor plan than seamlessly combines a large family room with inviting leather sofa and oversized recliner, wood burning fireplace, flatscreen television with Roku along with a DVD player & quite the collection of movies to choose from. The fully furnished kitchen is a chef’s dream with new stainless steel appliances and all the essentials needed to prepare breakfast, lunch and dinners. There is plenty of counter space, including a large island that seats 4. Kitchen joins dining area with a dining table that seats 6 to share meals & memorable conversations.
Both bedrooms were designed with comfort in mind, each featuring a queen sized bed adorned with soft linens & pillows, both bedrooms have blackout curtains ensuring a restful nights after a day of play & exploration. The bathroom is conveniently located offering a shower/tub combo to cater to the needs of all guests.
This condo is surrounded by nature, towering evergreens & mountain views that provide a tranquil stay. Located in a very family friendly neighborhood, so feel free to step outside into the crisp fresh air & explore the wooded forest or open meadows for a truly beautiful experience or enjoy the scenery from the condo’s elevated position.
NOTE: During the summer, this condo is perfect to visit and you will have enough room for guest 50 foot RV parking with 1 additional parking space. Room for 3 vehicles with no RV.
NO PETS:
This is NOT pet friendly and pets are NOT allowed.
If you bring a pet against policy rules, you will be charged a $500 pet fee penalty per pet.
SERVICE ANIMALS:
If you are bringing a Service Animal to our rental property that does not allow pets we would appreciate you letting us know. This is to prevent any questions regarding your Service Animal.
Service Animals are trained to do work or perform a task for a person with disabilities to help with movement, senses or activities. Comfort and/or emotional support animals are not recognized by the ADA.
NOTE: Service Animals are to be with their owners at all times & not to be left on the property unattended at any time.
