"The room was great no complaints at all. Warm, clean and comfortable. On asking they supplied a bath mat as otherwise shower would be very slippy. It really needs 2 one for each end. Staff great and our meal in the restaurant was lovely. We will be back. "

"Our room was Olivier. It was a suit with a lovely sitting area with dining table, chairs, coffee table and much more. We enjoyed the coffee machine! The whole suit was very clean, bed comfortable and room quiet. The reception staff were very good and very helpful. The evening meals in the restaurant were tasty and well presented. "The room was very clean and confortable. The staff were all very friendly. We ate dinner in the restaurant and it was delicious. The only negative was that breakfast was served on very hot plates and my poached egg had a gel like consistency - very unusual."

"The whole hotel gives a welcoming feeling. The room we book was beautiful, overlooking the gardens. The bed was so large you could get lost in it. I loved the quirky library, bar and lounge areas just to sit and relax. I i would highly recommend "

Highly recommend especially if you are looking to stay near the outdoor ski slope as it’s just across the road, Gloucester quays/town centre just a short drive away. "
