Yellow Rock Views by Tiny Away sits in the peaceful village of Broke-Fordwich, just 157 km north of Sydney and 13 minutes from Pokolbin, NSW. The farm stay is set on a 12-acre secluded property surrounded by lush bushland, open valleys, mountain ranges, and native wildlife. Nearby 1813 cellar door, Yellow Rock Lookout, and Hunter Markets, perfect for those seeking relaxing holiday homes in the Hunter Valley.
This cozy 170-square-foot tiny home features a lofted queen-sized bed and a convertible single bed couch on the ground floor. It has easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities including a flushed toilet, hand basin, and shower (gas heated for hot showers).
IMPORTANT NOTE: The tiny house includes stairs leading to the loft for convenient access, though guests should take care when using them.
Guest Access:
Guests can access the tiny home within the fenced area by following the unsealed driveway from the main road.

- BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban
- Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present on the property
- For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain our flushed toilets and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests.
