We had an absolutely wonderful stay and couldn’t have chosen a better hotel to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary. The service was exceptional from start to finish. The hotel kindly gave us one of the most beautiful rooms in our room category with an amazing view, making our anniversary even more special. They also arranged a late check-out so we could enjoy our final day before our evening flight. Every member of the staff was warm, professional and genuinely welcoming. The hotel is spotless and beautifully maintained. Housekeeping came twice a day, and everything was always immaculate. The breakfast was excellent with a great variety of high-quality options, including plenty of gluten-free choices, which was greatly appreciated. We also enjoyed a wonderful couples massage at the spa and spent a fantastic day at the beach club with delicious food. Returning one evening for sunset drinks was one of the highlights of our trip. The location is perfect, within walking distance of both the harbour and lovely waterfront restaurants. This hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The combination of outstanding service, beautiful surroundings, exceptional facilities and attention to every detail made our stay truly unforgettable. Without a doubt, this is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at, and we would recommend it wholeheartedly to anyone visiting La Maddalena!

Great secluded location!

Das Servicepersonal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Damen am Empfang auch top! Die Zimmer im Nebenbau(Appartements) sind schön und sauber. Es gibt aber hier sehr viele Ameisen, die sich auch in den Zimmern 'verirren'. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist reichhaltig mit viel frischem Obst, Käse, Wurst, sehr guten frischen Kuchen und Rühreiern. Wirklich sehr gut. Alles in allem empfehlenswert und das Highlight ist der in 3 Min zu Fuß zu erreichende hoteleigene Strand. 2 Liegen mit Schirm kosten pro Tag €25. Das geht allerdings aus Buchung nicht hervor.

Fantastiskt hotell och mycket trevlig personal. Otrolig frukost. Strand restaurangen var ganska dyrt och maten var inte prisvärd. Även maten i restaurangen på kvällen var ok men inte mer och inte prisvärt

Nice hotel, but the staff really needs to decide if they want to be in hospitality. The majority of the staff never says hello or goodbye. They won’t even acknowledge you. They have very limited relationships with local restaurants, so they can’t help you get a table. Overall, the service is very unfriendly, and the front desk makes you feel like you’re bothering them. If you'd like to charge and advertise like a 5 Star, please provide 5 Star service. The worst part is that they charge €10 per day just to use an iron (€40 for our four-night stay). In Canadian dollars, that’s well over $70 for something as simple as an iron. We’ve stayed at dozens of five-star hotels across Europe over the last seven summers, and while we understand there are safety regulations, most hotels simply have housekeeping or turndown service collect the iron in the evening after you’ve gone out for dinner. They also wanted to charge €50 just to bring food to our room, in a two-story hotel. The “sea view” is mostly blocked by the building in front. The beach advertising is misleading. You cannot walk to the beach—you have to take a shuttle. This hotel has more rules than a prison. I would not consider it a five-star property; it’s a four-star hotel at best. The one bright spot was a gentleman at the front desk who was genuinely kind and gave us an excellent local recommendation.
