Great hotel location. Small rooms but adequate. Lovely small private beach but the sun loungers were quite expensive. 40 Euros per person daily. Garden shower bottom by the beach was filthy. Lots of leaves blocking it and stagnant water, for at least three days while we were there here. Impossible to stand in it. Reported this issue at the reception to no avail. It’s a shame, no attention to details. Despite it, we loved to stay there. The receptionists were great especially Stefania who has gone out of her way to help us.

This property is just beautiful! It sits atop a bigger hill overlooking cannigione and has a wonderful view. There are three outdoor pools and one pool in the spa area to choose from. The rooms are well maintained and comfortable with excellent amenities. The staff is friendly and the service was excellent. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a getaway that is calm and relaxing yet so close to everything. Highly recommend you rent a car in Sardinia- made life so much easier and more fun to get around. You’d definitely Need it to drive up and back when you want to the retreat. Only thing missing is a gift shop on site especially If you need small items last minute but there’s a market down the hill that is a five minute drive. The absolute best beginning to our honeymoon! It was beautiful, and the staff went above and beyond!

First of all, the hotel is not beach front…. It is beach access from a side street. You are given a free pass for only one day for 2 beach chairs and an umbrella. After that, the daily cost is 25 euro. Staff were very kind and willing to assist in any way. The breakfast was very good but did not change day to day. It was pretty much the same every day. There is no evening night life at this hotel. No bands, music etc. Guests gather around the pool nightly for cocktails with a view of the restaurant “Ninos”. A bit uncomfortable if you’re the ones having dinner. The rooms are nice, spacious and clean with very comfortable beds but small showers. There are mini coffee makers in the room but not in the lobby and you are charged 3 euro for water in your fridge. My recommendations, rent a car, you are then free to explore the island. Stop at the supermercato for munchies and water. We bought an umbrella for 15 euro and bought a blanket. Overall a nice stay but Pittolungo is a very quiet area at night. Perfect if you’re looking for quiet downtime with no crowds or loud music.
