Proximity to Welborn drive makes it quick to downtown Bryan or College Station. Includes a 60” Smart TV, where you may log into your favorite personal streaming service. Comfortable, convenient, and stylish place. Dedicated parking spot, a full kitchen, and included coffee, Gig’em is perfect for your short or long term stay. Laundry on site.

GIG'EM is in a historic home, built in1950 and has been thoughtfully restored into 1 bedroom apartments full of character and charm. There is nothing like this so close to campus.

Had a great stay in College Station/Bryan. The property was easily walkable to Northgate, restaurants and Kyle Field. Perfect for a busy game weekend. Cozy house that had everything we needed. Host was extremely responsive when we needed batteries for the TV remote. Will definitely try to stay here in the future!
