The second-floor bedroom is a cozy loft (see pics). The apartment includes two living areas with 58" TVs with streaming capabilities, reserved parking space, and is a short walk to the Texas A&M campus and all the shopping/restaurants at Northgate. Staying on this side of campus also gives guests great access to Bryan-very centrally located. Guests 3 and 4 sleep on the fold out queen sofa in the downstairs living area. The only issue I had with the home is the insect problem. Granted it was raining the whole time we were there, there were lots of small insects and roaches in the sink and countertops. Couldn’t bring myself to use anything on the countertop after seeing them repeatedly popping up everywhere.
