The towels arrived stained and didn’t feel clean. There was a leak from the shower that caused a bad smell in the bathroom throughout our stay. The couch was also heavily stained and quite dirty. There is a lot of noise coming from the street, which made it hard to relax. Additionally, there was no flexibility at all regarding late check-out. Other than that, the apartment is relatively spacious and modern.

The unit was spacious and rooftop pool very useful. Laundry facilities were a bonus. However the property was poorly stocked. Very little utensils or supplies to cook or clean the apartment. The toilet seat was broken and after a request to have repaired no one showed to fix it.

The overall apartment was fairly clean, but the couch had a number of stains on it and it did not look very clean. The towels are white, and they were a little bit dingy. The bathrooms did not have soap to wash your hands after you used the toilet, and the kitchen did not have a place dry any cups or pots and pans. It also did not include a towel in that area. The trash can under the kitchen sink was also quite small.

Excellent location for some of the best areas of Buenos Aires. The hotel is very well presented, has a great digital checking in system, and the rooms are comfortable, quiet and modern. Any questions are quickly replied to via WhatsApp. The pool is small on the rooftop but achieves what it needs to allowing a cool down after a day of walking and giving beautiful views across Palermo Soho. Highly recommended.

Gostamos do hotel porém pelo valor achamos que poderiam melhorar em alguns pontos, como por exemplo o fato da nossa cama estar com um buraco de um lado, então não era muito confortável! Meu noivo ficou com o lado que tinha buraco e acordava todo quebrado. A geladeira tb estava fazendo barulho… mas no geral a localização é ótima, o quarta é bem grande e a cozinha é completa, embora a gente tenha id comer fora todos os dias rs a comunicação é somente online mas eles nos auxiliaram no que precisamos.

Excelente custo benefício. Quarto grande, limpeza boa. Localização ótima. Embora não haja funcionário fisicamente na recepção, o contato via WhatsApp funciona perfeitamente (com respostas imediatas) e a entrada no prédio foi bem tranquila. Voltaria a me hospedar ctz.

Localização top, barulho constante

Apartamento lindo, limpo, moderno e extremamente bem localizado, com cozinha equipada. Apesar disso, faltam itens básicos como sal, açúcar e outras coisas de cozinha. Também poderia ter mais roupa de cama, no caso de alguém desejar usar o sofá-cama. Não sei os andares altos, mas ficamos no quarto andar, de frente, e o ruído da rua perduea por toda a noite.
