"I have been going to Bulgaria for the past twenty years and the country has developed in leaps and bounds. But it has to be said that many areas of the country retain both their culture and way of life and this is true of this Hotel. Unfortunately, they have also retained standards which many, in today's world, would now find unacceptable. "Horrible, just horrible. Please stay away from this one. Dirty, staff unwilling to assist with anything. Everything is at an extra charge (spa towels, etc.). Worst bed I've ever slept in and just overall terrible. "
