Dunsborough - "Peppermints" 181 Naturaliste Terrace

'Peppermints' is a short 4 minute walk from town down Naturaliste Tce. It is a relaxing family holiday home and is only a short 5 minute walk away from the pristine white sands of beautiful Geographe Bay beach. There is a playground close by and the water is nice and shallow - very safe and protected swimming, especially for young children.

Use the " Peppermints" as your base to start exploring the magnificent Margaret River Wine Region, catch a few waves, or simply tune out and relax on the beautiful beaches.

Three bedrooms and 1 bathroom with a separate toilet and an outdoor hot water shower to wash the sand off.

Great property for a relaxing stay

Great little property, we have stayed here before & were very happy to be back at Peppermints. A short stroll to town & the beach, plenty of room & bed options for a family stay. We will definitely return!

Great family holiday house

We love staying here! Spacious house in a great location. We loved the short walks into town and to the dog beach. Great backyard for the dogs and plenty of space for adults & kids. Can’t wait to come back.

Peppermints was Perfect

We had a lovely short stay of two nights for a winter getaway in Dunsborough. Suzanne our host was very accommodating for us to check in a little earlier and her follow up to any requests was swiftly answered. The place was clean and tidy and was everything we were hoping for!!

Great long weekend

Thanks Suzanne we had a great weekend and really enjoyed our stay. The dogs loved the garden which is nice and secure. The house was exactly as listed with everything we needed for the weekend and is also really well located. Great to be able to walk to town.

Holiday away

Nice and Comfortable short walk to shops and beach. Our dog loved the ocean you can walk way out the ocean and it’s still shallow. Will. Visit again when possible.

The house was close to the village and met our needs. We had a great week in Dunsborough. The communication with the Property Manager throughout the whole process was excellent.

Awesome location

We spent a few days here and we had an awesome time, perfectly located close to everything. The beach at the end of the road is fabulous and would be perfect for little people too, its calm and shallow. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Taking our own linen a bit of a pain but not a deal breaker for us. Thank you for having us we will definitely be back!

This is a great house, only 120m from centre of Dunsborough, secure yard, had everything we needed. It may be warm in summer though without air-con or ceiling fans.

Winter Break

Loved Suzannes cottage....conviently located, very well equipped with everything you need for a homely stay.... Benji (our 3 yr old maltese shitzu) loved wandering around in the freedom of the garden. Would be ideal for 2 families sharing as lots beds but the hero for us was the the log fire which made a rainy weekend very cosy for board games and family time. Thanks Suzanne xx

SO SO GOOD!

Has everything that you need. Kitchen utensil range is amazing, dish washer excellent, great and secure outdoor area for dogs. A GREAT PLACE TO CHILL. Everything adequately cleaned - just a couple of spots that would be covered in a "spring clean", but nothing that makes you go "URGH" or could ever be classified as a deterrence. Bed, lounge, dining area - all very comfortable & in excellent condition. The home screams "Welcome" on your arrival. Light and airy - AND NO PET SMELL INSIDE - hard to come by in a pet-friendly rental. No pet fur in any corners or on furniture. Perfect location for a wander down into Dunsborough town. We will be back! Thank you Suzanne.

Filthy

The location of this property was great as so close to Dunsborough, however the condition of this house was so disgusting we really didn’t enjoy our stay!! Floors were sticky, clearly hadn’t been mopped. Clusters of black bugs in the corners of the downstairs toilet (again not been cleaned) Upstairs rooms had chocolate wrappers everywhere. Rooms were dusty and smelled, cobwebs all over the windows and blinds. House hadn’t been aired in a while obviously from the smells. Sink was brown with gunge which i easily cleaned with some hot water and detergent. Outside was lots of cob webs and house was clearly deteriorating (down pipe) The condition of the house made us feel really uncomfortable especially having an infant there. The stairs are dangerous for walking up and down and banging your head off. The beds smelled musty and stale and made us all itch. I think it’s disgusting they charge a cleaning fee when clearly the house hadn’t been properly cleaned.

Great house and location. Beds were very comfortable. Nice and clean with a homely vibe. Communication from the host was prompt and friendly. No linen, not even a tea towel was disappointing but overall a wonderful place to stay and we had a lovely weekend.

Great house and nice gardens. No AC downstairs and it was hot. Charged an extra $70 for linen for 2 people which was not insignificant considering the place wasnt cheap.
