Carnaval 2023

Passamos os 5 dias de Carnaval na casa. A estadia foi maravilhosa. Quartos com ar condicionado funcionando bem, limpos e claros, bons colchões e travesseiros. A parte externa da casa é muito boa, com uma ótima piscina e churrasqueira. A localização da casa também é ótima, perto do comércio e da praia de Geribá. Voltaremos com certeza.

A estadia foi ótima. O local fica perto da praia e perto do comércio . O caseiro, Sr. Jorge e sua esposa foram atenciosos e prestativos. E o proprietário sempre gentil e solicito.

Otima opção de locação em Buzios para descansar com a familia

Otima localização, perto da praia de geriba e do principal mercado da cidade. Casa confortavel e bem equipada, com bom espaço de lazer para relaxar e curtir com amigos e familia. Proprietário atencioso e sempre a disposição em ajudar. Voltarei com certeza!

Otimo custo benefício

Gostamos muito da casa em especial as crianças. Tenho 2 filhos de 10 e 5 anos que não param 1 segundo. A área gramada em frente a casa + a piscina garantem diversão p eles. Gastam toda a sua energia, sem precisar ter que ficar indo a praia o tempo todo. Tem-se tambem a liberdade e comodidade de poder cozinhar quando quiser bem como fazer um churrasco Boa pedida pra quem tem filhos. Qual criança não gosta de piscina e uma área pra brincar?

área de lazer muito boa. espaço para churrasco duas geladeiras lugar perfeito para relaxar e se divertir com amigos e família. Piscina limpa e com sol o dia todo! Os quartos independentes são um diferencial todos eles equipados com banheiro e ar condicionado! O Local é calmo porém é muito seguro além de ter comercial perto dando para ir apé.

Agradável estadia

Reservei a casa para o período logo após carnaval, chegando na quarta-feira de cinzas. Embora Búzios estivesse cheio de turistas, a casa deu toda tranquilidade e conforto que queríamos. Excelente localização, podendo ir à pé para o Extra e Geribá. As fotos do interior da casa não mostram o quão espaçosa é, todos os três quartos são grandes e excelente área de churrasco. Pude conhecer Seu Athanase pessoalmente, o que me passou mais segurança. Recomendo!

Casa muito agradável, muito bem localizada!

A casa tem o interior simples mas é muito equipada, com eletrodomésticos e utensílios diversos. O quintal é excelente, com piscina e churrasqueira. O gramado e a árvore tornam a casa muito agradável! A localização também é ótima: quinze minutos caminhando para o canto direito de Geribá, e ao lado de supermercado e comércio. Tanto o Athanase quanto o pessoal que cuida da casa em Búzios são muito atenciosos, acessíveis e pontuais! Recomendo!

imovel bacana

imóvel entregue limpo, confortável, espaçoso. camas grandes, gostei da localização. Fica a 15 minutos andando até a praia de Geribá uma das melhores, e próximo também da de João Fernandes que é uma maravilha para quem gosta de curtir nadar/esportes aquáticos, esta, é melhor ir de carro. compras também da para fazer a pé tem comércio a poucos quarteirões. Sr Jorge foi atencioso. Tem, uma piscina sempre limpa e um quintal bacana. levei meu cães. ficaram sempre vigiados, nunca sozinhos, por causa da piscina que é aberta. O sr Athanase foi rápido nas negociações. Enfim gostamos (meu filho, nora, eu e os peludos que amaram o lugar) indicamos o imóvel. foram uns dias maravilhosos. pretendemos voltar.

Fácil acesso e conforto!

O imóvel é melhor do que parecer ser pelas fotos. Todos os 3 quartos possuem ar condicionado funcionando perfeitamente. As camas são grandes e colchões confortáveis. A limpeza e manutenção do imóvel são pontos positivos, além da localização. Os caseiros mto gentis, assim como o proprietário que responde com rapidez e esclarece todas as questões. Guardarei o contato para uma próxima oportunidade.

Semana de relax da Família

Estive na casa do Sr. Athanase no início de Janeiro/17. Sr Athanase foi muito atencioso desde o inicio, ainda na busca de um local. Chegamos e a casa estava perfumada de tão limpinha. A descrição dos utensílios estava bem fiel ao que estava descrito. O Espaço é bem agradável e muito convidativo a estar com a família em um gostoso churrasco e bate papo! Os quartos amplos (não esqueça de levar sua roupa de cama e travesseiros) e banheiros completos, que ou tinham água muito quente, ou um pouco mais fraca, mas isso não incomodou, pois na dúvida, tem um ótimo chuveirão lá fora que é uma delicia! A piscina foi limpa com frequência pelo simpático senhor braço direito do Sr Athanase, tendo sempre água limpa. Estamos acostumados a alugar casas, já saímos com nosso quite de aparatos e mesmo assim encontramos uma casa bem equipada até com potinhos. A casa fica num local fácil de chegar, com mercado e algumas lojas básicas por perto e com acesso à praia através de uma convidativa caminhada. É no inicio de Búzios, o que torna a ida ao centro um passeio a ser feito com a família. Só preste atenção num morador ilustre, um passarinho amigo que se incomodou com seu reflexo no carro! rs Ele se tornou uma brincadeira para a família! Espero voltar em breve e curtir mais aquele céu e ar mágico de Búzios em um espeço tão agradável como a casa do Sr. Athanase.

A 5 min do Extra e 20 min apé da Praia Geribá!

O zelador foi muito gentil. Tudo certo. Ele limpou a piscina, da qual aproveitamos muito. Levamos 5 min a pé até ao Extra, 10 min apé até ao restaurante Tesouro de Búzios (que aliás foi o mais em conta por ser por kilo) e 20 min apé até a praia de Geribá! Sensacional!

Cumpre o que promete

Adoramos nossa estadia. O caseiro é muito gentil e atencioso. Minha família gostou demais. O único conselho é que se verifique o chuveiro de uma das suítes porque a água quente é extremamente quente, talvez seja algum defeito no chuveiro, mas esse pequeno problema não influenciou em nada nossa estadia maravilhosa. Voltaremos, com certeza!

Muito bom !

A casa é muito gostosa, a localização é ótima e de fácil acesso. Sr. Athanase muito atencioso e os caseiros foram bem receptiveis conosco. Foi tudo perfeito e a casa condiz com o que anuncia. Curtimos bastante a piscina, o campinho e até mesmo o Ping PONG nos dias chuvosos. Recomendo e voltaria com certeza.
