"Great views out to ocean. Clean room, nice staff and nice food. I was a little disappointed about no cocktails or hot breakfast. "This is a beautiful facility with well cared gardening. I enjoyed the stay very much. Staff members are very friendly. Hot water comes quick. The site is in walking distance to downtown and water front. Very convenient. ANZAC Centenary Memorial Garden is close by. Sunset there is very beautiful. ..."

"Stay for 7 days, the view was perfect, but the house keeping was not good, cockroach can be seen everywhere. There was no clean up at all. Just refill only."

"Their sheets smell like they haven't been washed for a long time, and the wardrobe is not clean. The most important thing is that their employees broke into my room without permission, which scared me very much, but there was no compensation. They just said a simple sorry to me."
