"Great location as a base to see other towns in Central Portugal. We really liked the town of Batalha along with this comfortable apartment. The property is spacious, comfortable, immaculately clean and well stocked. There is easy street parking right outside the door of the building. You can walk to the beautiful Cathedral, the grocery store, many shops and small restaurants in minutes. We would stay here again, and would definitely recommend this apartment."

"The apartment was wonderfully historic. Fit with the charm of Obidos. With age though comes a bit of musty scent, but was part of the charm. Bedrooms were big and sunny. Bathroom large. Living space small but you don’t come here to sit and watch tv. I would stay again but also look around fir other accommodations too for fun"

"I stayed at Casa da Liberdade with my husband for a week and we were very welcomed by Regina. Our apartment was upgraded for a bigger one and that was amazing! We were very impressed by the cleanliness of the apartment and all the amenities provided. It is located very close to the beach and all the restaurants. We were very pleased and will come back next year 😊"

"The property was clean and well decorated. There was a kettle, toaster and coffee machine in the kitchen, but only one socket for all three. The kitchen was equipped with two hobs and a microwave.The light switch in the bedroom has a battery operated switch, but the batteries were flat. There was also a remote in which the batteries were good. There is a plug in heater in each of the bedrooms, but no accessible socket to plug it in. "It was so quiet even with being in the middle of town. Walking to everything, the beach and food. Easy check in and garage parking."

"Pedro was great with communication, the space was exactly as pictured and met our needs for a one night stay. It was good we had a car as it’s a residential neighborhood (very quiet) and there aren’t any restaurants or shops in the area. There is no source of heat but when we asked about that we were provided with an electric heater in short order (late October stay and it was a rainy colder day). My only complaint would be the bed was too hard for us so I didn’t get a good sleep. "
