Stayed here for 6 nights with 4 kids and 4 adults. The condominium was very spacious and accommodated all of us pretty well. The details I can say is not that good. To start off the unit was clean but it feels like it was just renovated recently and there were paint marks you can find on the floors. The problem we had was half of the electrical sockets doesn't work. The ones in the kitchen don't work and all of the sockets in the first bedroom don't work. So we had to plug the microwave in the master bedroom and also cooked rice there. There were three bathrooms only two had a shower and the other one came with a tub. I don't know how can you take a standing shower in the tub when the tub is really elevated and no curtains. There are leaks here and there but for the most part the bathroom works. The beds for me are the most uncomfortable part. The room comes with really hard beds. I don't know if you can call them a mattress. Overall for the money I paid I wished I just added more and went to a hotel. I'd give this property a 3 out of 5 and that's being generous! Sadly I will not stay there again and I can't say I would recommend it.

The hotel is so beautiful

While some equipment were aged, hotel room and equipments in the room were kept clean. However, the bathroom of the public area such as ground level and leobby were not kept clean. Most likely some of the customers not using properly, but I didn’t like it.

Location is good. For the price paid, it was a good value. However, this property has seen better days...long ago. Room was good, but very outdated. TV but no channels, no news, cable, etc… Only Netflix if you have your own account. The pool looks great in the pictures but is a big disappointment. The water was clear and clean BUT there are no pool chairs, nowhere to set your towel or stuff except on the broken concrete around the pool. Pool area is falling apart, very sad. No pool towels. No adult supervision. Children running wild diving into the pool splashing people. Check in was chaos. It appears the building has a dozen different names. Online apps, phone maps and taxi drivers can't find it as this is NOT the name of the building. To check in I was directed to a side desk in the lobby, not the main desk. There appear to be several hotel businesses and apartments all renting out rooms in the same building. No one really seemed to be in charge. Fortunately I needed no assistance during my stay as I'm sure it would have been complex.

The buffet breakfast was very good--so many choices, even vegetarian. JR, one of the waiters in the breakfast restaurant was so attentive and even gave us helpful information about how to take public transportation. The only negative comment I have is that the water station on the 9th floor was not working.
