“We could only stay one night,but it was so worth it after a lot of frantic driving from the south. Even though we arrived at 10PM our host was waiting and so welcoming. We had a huge room with everything one could ask for. Wonderful views. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was anything one wanted and then some. Our host chatted with us and we had a jolly good time comparing notes on grandchildren and the area. If we are in the area again we will definitely stay here again. well done!”

“We had two families get away for my wife’s birthday. Four adults and three kids. The rooms were perfect sizes for our group. The kitchen was very well stocked for the various meals we prepared. The grounds were just perfect especially if you want a peaceful water setting to look at each day. “We were NOT able to stay at the Phillips Inn because Travelocity screwed up the reservation. Travelocity said the res was confirmed, no need to call the property. I called day before arrival and was told they could not honor the res due to the death of the owner May 22. I made the res May 25.
