"La casa cumplía todo lo que apetecía en la descripción y Miguel fue muy amable y puntual pero la casa tenía muchas deficiencias, olía mal un baño estaba atascado, los armarios no eran funcionales y las ventanas no cerraban correctamente. "Das Haus liegt in einem Dorf (Santa Maria de Geraz de Lima) zwischen Viana do Castelo und Ponte de Lima. Um die Ecke gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt. In fußläufiger Entfernung befindet sich auch ein Café mit frischen Backwaren. Der Dorfmetzger ist ca. 800m entfernt. Das Haus verfügt über vier Schlafzimmer, die auf zwei Etagen liegen. Die Küche ist groß und gut ausgestattet (Gasherd). Im Garten, der sehr gepflegt ist, gibt es einen gemauerten Holzkohlegrill und einen umzäunten Pool. Der Standort...
