Probably one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at! The service was amazing, I stayed here for my birthday and I got a surprise birthday cake. This item isn’t even on the menu for room service! The room was great, and the room service and house keeping was reliable. I stayed in Rio de janerio and in São Paulo also during my trip, and I will say this is easily the best experience in terms of hotel. The area here is safe enough where I didn’t worry about walking around alone in the evening and the mall next store is super handy having a supermarket as well. Overall this was the best experience I could have hoped for. 10/10.

Overall a pleasant stay but the bathroom could use an update. It was fairly dingy and muggy. Shower temperature varied quite significantly throughout the shower. a ventilation fan and new tiling would help.

Clean hotel and great location. I have stayed here many times pre-pandemic and I rarely had an issue. But this time there were several big problems. The elevators kept malfunctioning. And the air conditioner in my room was not working. I complained as soon as I went into the room. They sent up maintenance when I went out and said it was working. It was a hot night that night, because it was NOT working. I complained the next day and the next, each time getting told that “maintenance” said it was fine every time. They finally moved me for my last night and the A/C was great in my new room! I suspect that they had no other room available the first two nights because the hotel was full. At checkout, they would not give me any discount until I pushed, and then it was very, very minimal. Very disappointing stay this time. Far below what it used to be.

Quando viajamos a negócios, onde você fica vários dias fiea da sua casa, é muito importante ficar num hotel que "lhe acolhe" como fosse sua segunda casa. Todas as vezes que vou para São José dos Campos, sempre fico nesse hotel, simplesmente o melhor.

Bom mas pode melhorar

Bom hotel, muito bem localizado dentro do shopping Colinas - o que evita ter que sair com o carro para achar boas opções de alimentação. O café da manhã é excelente, com boas e deliciosas opções. Os pontos fracos da hospedagem foram o chuveiro, onde a temperatura da água oscilava muito (não só em horários de pico) e também a acústica do quarto, já que às 6h da manhã fomos acordados pelo hóspede do quarto superior andando de salto alto pelo seu quarto.
