Terrific experience

Everything from check in to check out was flawless and easy. One minor problem during our stay was corrected within minutes of reporting it to the owner. Great location on a beautiful beach that isn't nearly as crowded as the ones near the major hotels. Just a short walk to several restaurants, and plenty of space for my whole family.

Excellent Cancún Getaway

This property is just as advertised: quiet stretch of beach, excellent staff at the condo, and plenty of room to spread out. Location is great too. Tacun restaurant on site is a major bonus and easily walkable to the La Isla malls.

Location Location Location

The condo is comfortable and accommodating. The kitchen is well stocked. Bedrooms had lots of storage areas. Plenty of spaces indoors and out to relax.We loved the balcony areas.The location on the beach was great. There is a restaurant next to the building and a Circle K across the street. Communication with the host was timely and helpful. She went out of her way to make our stay pleasant. We would stay again and would recommend it to others.

This condo was very nice, exactly as described. Beautiful views & great amenities. We had a small issue with water temp but it was addressed quickly. Location was great easy to get in & out of with easy parking. Would stay again.

Location, location,location!

Everything about this condo was to our complete satisfaction or better than expected. From ease of communication before check in to dealing with Annabel, Hazel, Esteban and Eblas and our very favourite Carlos who was our transportation the whole 2 weeks available anytime we needed a ride or tour and always with a smile, a story and some Mexican history and culture. If ever in Cancun again would not hesitate to stay here again. Only downside was the weather, with rain, strong winds and beach erosion a lot of our time there but then again it snowed in Florida at the same time and we cannot control Mother Nature

Great Stay and Great Location

This is a great condo and awesome location. Everyone, from the Manager, on-site facility team, and transportation are top notch. One of the people in our travel party was getting work done at Cancun Dental Specialists and they were directly across the street. I recommend it to anyone traveling with a group of folks.

The host was incredibly responsive - she sent WhatsApp messages ahead of our visit, and was continually responsive during our stay. The condo was perfect for our family - we had such a fun time, and left well rested. We highly recommend!

Apt on the beach!

We came down for a relaxing weekend. Sitting on the porch looking at the beach as well as having your own private entrance to get to it was amazing. I will use this place again when I go back.

This place is magic!

Our family of 5 had an amazing stay! The apartment is spacious, the air conditioning works amazingly well and the kitchen is very well equipped. The view is absolutely stunning and the beach is practically empty—an ideal feature for a family full of introverts. Both Esteban and Rosy were wonderfully helpful and welcoming. We had an unforgettable vacation :)

Great family beach getaway

Spacious condo that worked amazing for our family of 6. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. Location on the beach was amazing. We enjoyed watching the waves from the balcony every morning and evening. The owners were amazing- helping us set up transportation to and from the airport. Carlos was a great driver and very kind. Maria, Rosy, and Annabel were easy to communicate with and answered all our messages and questions. Would stay here again and again!

Fun in the Sun

We absolutely loved our VRBO. It was right on the beach and easy walk or bus ride around the town. Anabel was very helpful in setting up our vacation and was quick to answer any questions. She also helped us with a driver from the airport. Thanks Rosy and Dorian for getting us to where we wanted to go and set up fishing. The worst part of your vacation is we had to return to our real life. We will be staying here again!!! Thanks for a great vacation.

Lovely beachside condo

We had a wonderful stay at this property! It is an unbelievable view and location for the price, and the owner is actively working on numerous improvements to additional units. Communication with the owner was excellent, instant really, and the staff on site were incredibly friendly and helpful. One of the highlights of our stay (other than the beach and view) was the charming little restaurant next door to the property. Restaurante TACUN! It's cash-only, but the food and atmosphere were fantastic, making it one of our favorite parts of the trip. There were hugs all around the day our family left.. from staff of our B&B and our Tacun friends. We hated to leave. We look forward to seeing the future updates, and will 100% book here when we visit once again!

Fantastic View

This property had a fantastic view and easy access to the ocean. They arranged transportation from and back to the airport. They have an on-site employee to take care of any condo issues. Communication through the What's App made everything very simple. We did not rent a car because the condo had easy access to the bus system which came by on a regular basis. Make sure you have exact change in pesos to pay the bus drivers. Great time! Great people!

Will Come Back FOR SURE!

Most amazing host ever! This was my first international rental and Anabel addressed all my concerns and made me feel like I was her most important tenant. The on-site folks are very personable and super accommodating. The condo is as pictured and location in the hotel zone couldn’t be more convenient. Super cold AC, clean safe pool and beach. Don’t hesitate to book, best unit at this location! Oh! The restaurant next door delivers to your condo and to you on the beach!!! Will be back.

A vacation to remember

Planned this vacation for a very special occasion. A 50th birthday celebration! My group consisted of 7 women, some of who never been to Mexico before. Everything about this vacation was amazing. From the initial booking, throughout the vacation count down, and the actual vacation. Anabel was so amazing to correspond with. All my expectations were met above and beyond. I would definitely recommend this property. Great ocean front location, next to a good Mexican restaurant for a quick bite to eat. We all felt safe, and the on hand maintenance made it very easy to get any issue resolved. Thank you again for the wonderful memories.

Excellent! Exactly as described and Annabel was a very helpful!

We had a fantastic family vacation(5 of us) at this beautiful condo that is centrally located on the Hotel zone - right opposite to a mini mall with a convenience store for all immediate needs. The restaurant right outside the condo(Tacun) is the best on the strip - great food and warm and friendly waiters that would customize to meet your needs! We ate there three times during our stay and the spicy beer is a must try! The condo itself is clean and beautiful and everything in working order. Annabel greeted us and went over all the points to remember and note which was VERY helpful. The staff at the condo also were very nice and would set you up with chairs and umbrellas anytime you asked.The view form the living room as you walked in is breath taking and the balcony was a fantastic place to wind down. Would definitely stay here again!

Run down with safety issues

The listing photos are many years old and the property has not aged well. One bathroom was plagued by water leaking through the ceiling from the unit above. In another bathroom the shower handle broke off repeatedly but was eventually repaired. There were sewer gases in two of the bedrooms, The dishwasher was broken, The stove's propane ran out one day, leaving us unable to cook. There are 12" gaps in the balcony railing, making it unsafe for children. There is no lock for the balcony although the unit is only on the second floor. There are signs of spalling and concrete failure which I hope are not structural. The property manager was as responsive as possible but the problems were challenging, the unit has not aged well at all, and is certainly not worth the money. Right on the beach but constant red flags because of wind for all of our two weeks.

Great Stay

We had a great time on the property. Our unit was exactly as promised, and Estevan was extremely helpful. You can’t get any closer to the beach and the view was perfect. The location is also great for convenience shopping, and there is a small local restaurant just outside the gate, which is reasonably priced with good food (tacos, burritos, fajitas, etc). Its also not far from all types of dining and shopping, though IMO you’ll want a cab, bus, or rental car (we had a rental car). Also FYI, parking is tight, so if you are driving, be wary of a crowded fit and taxis zipping by. I would suggest that if you watch a lot of tv, like Netflix or Amazon Prime, bring a Chrome caster or something similar. For the price and space the value was excellent, and my family of 6 loved it. It’s an older property, and we knew that, so don’t expect a 5 star resort, but our unit was remodeled with modern updates (appliances, AC splitters, etc), and very comfortable, and we used the covered patio a lot. All in all, a wonderful trip!
