Bright and modern, it features a spacious 17 m² corner terrace with outdoor seating and a large electric awning, perfect for relaxing outdoors. All shops, services, and healthcare facilities are just steps away, with the market right at your doorstep. Enjoy a summer night market and a Christmas market in winter. No car is needed to make the most of your stay. You will be welcomed upon arrival. Just 50 m from the beach, the apartment boasts exceptional sea views. Fully equipped for your comfort: double glazing throughout, air conditioning, a large 21 m² living room, big flat-screen TV, radio-CD, DVD player, multifunction pyrolysis oven, dishwasher, induction hob, microwave, electric coffee maker, toaster, kettle, blender, and a fridge-freezer with ventilated cooling. The bathroom includes a shower cabin, washing machine, and hairdryer. Separate toilet. South-facing, in the center of Canet-Plage, 10 km east of Perpignan and 45 km from Spain, right on the Mediterranean’s sandy coast. Bed linen and towels are not provided. Canet-Plage is a lively year-round resort, famous for its 4 km long, wide, gently sloping sandy beach—ideal for all water activities. A secure, guarded underground car park is 20 meters away (highly recommended in summer). A space is available for an extra fee.
