"Massimo was the consummate host. So helpful and willing to make our stay enjoyable. The hotel is clean, comfortable and well situated in La Caletta. Lots of nice beaches and restaurants close by. "
"I don't think the owners (especially the wife, Clara) realises they are in the hospitality business.
- Paid for a sea view and did not receive it. Clara blamed expedia.
- Not even the bare minimum is provided in the apartment (which was on expedia as an aparthotel-it definitely isn't).
- Wasn't cleaned at all during our stay, in fact we had to clean the whole apartment 'for inspection' before we left.
- oven but no oven gloves.
- no tea towels.
- had to buy toilet roll, bin bags, washing...
"Such a beautiful property in such a beautiful location. It is so peaceful. Lovely pool and surrounding area. The beach is amazing and close by. The property is extremely well cleaned and all of the staff are so helpful. Would definitely recommend this place and would like to stay here again in the future."

"We arrived 00:15. Front desk was still staffed (apparently 24/7). Street parking was the main isdue with the hotel apprarently being near full and it being late."
