This ground-floor apartment offers:

- A renovated en-suite bathroom open to the bedroom
- Separate toilet
- A terrace within a fenced garden with garden furniture and a shed for bicycle storage.

Private parking space

End-of-stay cleaning and linens are not included in the rental price. Contact us for rates. Upon collection of the keys, two deposits will be required: one of €500 for the accommodation and one of €90 for the end-of-stay cleaning.

accueil service très réduit et propreté limite

Porte d'entrée impossible à fermer sans aller acheter des tournevis pour régler la serrure. Aucune réaction de l'agence pendant le Weekend. Vaisselle non rincée. les deux premiers verres de vin sont partis à l'évier... Bonde de douche pleine de poils et cheveux. Pas d'état des lieux à l'entrée ni à la sortie. Chèque de caution non restitué lors de la restitution des clés (ni avis de destruction dans la journée). Un accompagnement à l'entrée dans les lieux aurait permis à l'agence gestionnaire de constater ces problèmes. Logement bruyant. Sur l'avenue la plus passante vers la plage
