Security camera details: Ring doorbell at front door and one overlooking the front driveway

Dock details: The boat lift is not available for guest use, however the guest can tie a boat to the dock, guest must provide their own lines and fenders.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Pool not heated even though I requested at time of booking and sent 2 msg prior to stay. No response until after we chkd in. Disappointed because one of the reasons we chose this rental was for that reason along with hot tub which was not accessible according to property mgr. I guess because the whole pool heating issue. It was unclear to me.
