Beautiful updated home on the canal. This home is in the yacht club area, features 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, inground pool and boat dock. Free wifi and Roku. Near grocery store and beach. Two brand new beach cruiser bikes!

Bedroom 1 has a master bath and king bed, bedroom 2 has two twin beds, bedroom 3 has a queen bed. Each bedroom has a flatscreen tv.
The spacious pool patio has an outdoor eating area, flatscreen tv, and grill, all within the lanai.
Equipped with washer, dryer, and stainless steel kitchen appliances.

There is a Ring doorbell with a camera on the front door.
