Clean and modern room with friendly staff.

The hotel should have sent a car for the luggage especially since we came from the ferry. They didn’t warn us of all the steps to get to their hotel!

Hotel was beautiful, staff was friendly. We stayed in the Luxury 2 bedroom apartment with 5 adults. Plenty of room for all of us. The only consideration is the distance from the main hotel to the apartment and it’s on a curvy narrow road which is not too easy to walk on with traffic. May want to consider staying at the main hotel with elderly or young children.

Combined with the outstanding service, elegant accommodations, and welcoming environment, Villa Franca delivered a world-class experience. We would not hesitate to return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking an exceptional stay in Positano.
