Very nice property with modern rooms and appliances. Very minimalist clever design for storage usage. The property is in the heart of the Grafton area so it’s close to just about everything. There is a lot of traffic until later in the evening and people on staff were very helpful. THE STUDIOS ARE VERY HARD TO FIND. But if you find the Bruxelles pub, and stand next to the Phil Lynott statue, turn around and look directly across the street it is right next to McDaid’s pub on the left hand side is a door into the studios. Of course the door does not Say Grafton St., Studios, it took us half an hour to figure out how to get in the door and which door it was. We finally called and they told us to look for the door that says “CITYBREAK APARTMENTS “. That’s the entry. Do not be concerned that this is such a high traffic and noisy area. The studios have air-conditioning and double pane windows that shut out virtually all the sound. This was very nice.

Not the cleanest hotel. The bathroom and toilet were extremely dirty when we first entered our room. The floor plan of the hotel is also very confusing and the view from our room was a concrete wall…

Friendly / helpful staff in every department, good atmosphere, great locution within walking distance of the beach, wonderful views and decent transport links

Great for a couple of nights, comfy bed, decent shower and good location.
