“Great second stay at Betty’s Cottage.”

“Louise and Matt made us very welcome and the cottage had everything we needed including all kitchen essentials.The garden is very relaxing and we were glad to be able to find lots of cool shady areas in the very hot weather that we had during our stay.Quite nicely situated for visiting the Lizard area and not too far to drive to get to the Penzance and Cape Cornwall areas. Recommended for garden lovers.”

“My son and I stayed at the cottage as we waited for our new home to become available, and it served as our first step in our new life in the area. It provided much-needed comfort and cosiness in a transitional period of our lives, as we explored the area and my son began his time in a new school. The owner was very responsive to questions. It definitely has a lived-in vibe: the owner lives there when not away, and it gives the property a very particular character!”

“Cosy cottage. Derek the host was super friendly. He provided a kind and useful welcome pack (milk, tea, biscuits etc). St Agnes itself is a lovely little town and great base to explore from.”

Mousehole is delightful & within easy reach of spectacular beaches, the South West Coastal path and lots of ancient sites. Communication with the host was easy and a response to any of our queries was immediate.Our second visit to this property so what better recommendation! ”
