"Stay was great. The only thing I didn’t like was the guest laundry. The machines only took quarters $3.00 to wash $3.00 to dry which wasn’t not the problem, the inconvenience was that the hotel itself does not keep quarters for the convenience of guest laundry had to go to two different stores in order to get enough quarters to was and dry clothes other than that it was great!"

"We enjoyed the stay. I like the convenience of breakfast buffet. And coffee tea etc was available all day. On my way out i could grab tea. The restroom had enough rails ty,ty ty"

"A tidy, clean and well appointed apartment located on the ground floor of a home in a residential neighborhood. Occupants enter by walking a stone path to the rear of the home. Lovely wooded backyard makes for a nice view from back patio. The host is first rate. Very communicative and kind. Ideal for the two night stay we had. We would return if back in Concord area again."

"I would love for this property to be renovated so it looks as nice as Embassy Suites Uptown Charlotte. Our check in was good! Trey was phenomenal and his customer service was top tier! It’s always an event there like family reunions. I don’t like to hear kids running and being loud outside the rooms and breaking in front of you to crowd the elevators."

"I went to this hotel for business, it turned out to be quite a pleasant experience. The only unpleasant tree was the fact that you had to pay for food in the marketplace other than that, though it was fantastic."

"Parking was convenient even for our F-350. Plenty of room for folks to spread out in the living area and kitchen. Upstairs suite would be a PLUS PLUS for family gatherings as you have privacy in your own sitting area, etc up there. Would not recommend for someone with climbing issues/knees/hips etc as steps go up to the main floor and then lots of steps to top suite. But we are in our mid 70s and did NOT have any issues of same. Recommend this VRBO, we do. "

"Very close to events we were attending. Bed comfortable. Breakfast had a nice assortment of items and attendant kept all foods supplied. Area was very clean. Staff was pleasant. The accessible room would have worked better if it had a walk in shower not a tub. With a hand held shower head and a seat. Many handicapped people who use a wheelchair can not lift their leg over a tub.and need a shower seat because they can’t stand up for any length of time. "

"House was incredible and exactly as described. Host was a great communicator after we had a few questions on how to reset stuff due to an incredible lightning storm that caused power surges. The house sits in a great Cove with deep water and a very functional boat dock that we fully utilized. We plan to book again on our next trip to the lake. We would recommend this house and host to anyone."

"I love staying here this was our third time, the only complaint I had this time I did find some old snacks and pieces of food on floor under the bed and couch area, it was not much but it’s something that I did not like. Not that any hotels offer this so it’s not a complaint but I wish places like here that have a pool would have life jackets to use in the pool area as I did forget my sons this time. I do recommend this place and will stay here again. "

"Arranging our trip and checking in was seamless. The home was perfect in size for our needs and very clean and homey. The host was always available if needed. The basement game room area kept us entertained in the evenings. Would love to return to this property in the future"

"It was an idyllic weekend getaway with my daughter at Robin’s Nest. Our favorite part was looking forward to spectacular sunsets on the terrace that sits above the lot! The terrace had plenty of comfortable furniture where we could enjoy the view, eat, listen to music and talk. The actual unit was cozy and intimate with a great air conditioner that kept us cool though it was very hot outside. We enjoyed spending the day at the beach on the lake where there is plenty of shade. The unit had a very comfortable bed. The futon on the living room was also comfortable, and the massage chair was a fun surprise. We loved sitting in the small and cozy interior living area where we could chat for hours and even nap. The space was just right for two people. The unit sits at the bottom of the lot, and there is also a chair, rocker and umbrella right outside the door where I enjoyed quiet moments and my coffee in the mornings. Our last day we woke up at sunrise and walked the boardwalk around the lake in the shade before check out. We want to come back and stay here again next year. "

"A good place for its price point and very convenient to the PNC Pavilion. Check in was somewhat chaotic. The first person at the desk needed to call for backup. They said they charge a $25 down payment for non smoking rooms, which isn’t on the Hotels.com listing. Still, the people were pleasant. We weren’t expecting luxury. The room was clean with decent bed linens. The A/C worked, which was essential in 90+ degree heat. The bath towels were small and it would be good to have more than 2 in a room for two people. The bathroom was ok on cleanliness but the corners could use a good mopping. There was a bit of an odor - probably the cleaner - when we arrived but not smoke (non smoking room). I would stay there again as a reasonably priced, no frills spot to sleep."

"We really enjoyed our stay. We were a family of 6. The house was clean. There was plenty of room inside and out side. We caught plenty of nice size cat fish and crappies. The only down fall was the 2nd day there the water looked stale & murky but cleared up the next day. So we did get to enjoy the lake. "

"I can’t say enough good things about our stay here with my family of three. The house was super clean & smelled amazing when we walked in. I absolutely loved the layout, decor & the kitchen was equipped with pretty much anything you would need. The basement area with games was a nice treat for late evening. The location is perfect being in a cove but short distance ride out to the main channel next to the dam. I noticed the water is so much more clear on this end of the lake. My son & I decided to kayak one day which were provided & the cove was perfect for that. We decided on a Sun-Thurs. for our stay & rented a pontoon from “Blue Heron” for Mon. & Tue. They delivered to Tamarac Marina for drop off & we were able to keep it the entirety of the two days. They were fantastic so check them out online. We did so much on such a short amount of time here but was super relaxing too! Owners were very responsive as well. We’ll definitely book again! "

The amenities were good, especially the pool, which the kids loved. One of the highlights was the breakfast buffet. The variety of options was impressive, and everything was delicious! "My family and I enjoyed our stay here with our puppy a lot! The property was so nice and spacious plenty of room for our puppy. It was so peaceful during the day and especially at night. It was the perfect place for relaxing outside. The boat was a great addition to our stay it really became the highlight. The water on the lake was very warm and clean, perfect for swimming and tubing. We spent hours just relaxing on the lake. The hot tub and pool were also amazing to relax and have fun in. The owners were also extremely nice and welcoming. They were so kind and made sure our stay here was perfect. I could not recommend this place more! Our stay could not have been better!"
