Résidence de Diane was a charming and cozy place to stay. The gardens were beautiful and gave us tropical vibes. Raphael at the front desk was super friendly and apologetic about not being able to put our large family in adjacent suites as requested. One of our rooms had to be switched and they could only give us the largest suite which turned out to be an upgrade, so we liked it. It had two bedrooms, a spacious living room, full kitchen, bathroom, laundry room (washer/dryer), 3 TVs, sunny deck with a table, chairs, and sunbrella, plus drying racks, perfect for our needs. The second suite was smaller but very cozy, townhouse-style with a mezzanine and its own little patio. We loved the AC as it was very hot, the natural light, nice breakfast buffet, friendly housekeeping, cool gym, and pool area with loungers. It’s close to a bus stop and walking distance to Lidl and nice dining options. A few things could be improved: the large suite was echoey and a bit bare (a rug would help!), the kitchen lacked basics like dish soap, sponge, paper towels, and cooking tools like spatulas or cooking spoons. Only one dishwasher pod and one dishcloth were provided. In-room coffee pods weren’t great and kinda hard to use. No pool towels, and the pool isn’t super kid-friendly, there’s no shallow end, and the deck could use some TLC. A playground on the premises would’ve been a great addition for families. Still, we enjoyed our stay and would happily return again!

It was a very central location and had a charming take on a period hotel modernisation. Lovely rooms and the best air con that allowed you to sleep all night.

We stayed for 3 nights for a Toulouse getaway. The hotel is lovely and the staff were all very friendly.Estelle was a star! Decent breakfast options were available and the location was perfect for us. There are many places to eat on the hotel’s street and Place du Capitole is a short walk. The free coffee/tea in the lobby area as well as the baskets of croissants and fruit were a very nice touch. The room was kinda funky, but spacious and clean. My only critique was that it was difficult to keep from having water pool outside the shower doors as they closed to the inside and you couldn’t position the bathmat well. We just learned to angle the shower head to the rear wall and shower quickly. A minor thing for sure, and we would both recommend this property as well as stay again with pleasure!

Hotel located outside the city . Room was huge . Not close to the city . Parking included . We like for what we need it one night . Hotel is beautiful for a long stay
