What truly set this hotel apart was the exceptional service. My son has severe food allergies, and because of this, I had emailed the hotel about a month before our arrival. At that time, they were unsure whether they could safely accommodate his dietary needs. However, when we arrived and visited the restaurant, the staff immediately took our allergy cards and carefully reviewed all of the information. From that point forward, every member of the restaurant team was informed and attentive. Each day, they surprised us with new allergy-friendly treats and went above and beyond to ensure our meals were safe.
My son and I both have severe allergies to gluten, nuts, eggs, dairy, and sesame, so finding a hotel that takes food allergies seriously is incredibly important. The restaurant staff was consistently kind, warm, professional, and genuinely caring throughout our stay.
The front desk team was equally phenomenal. Whether we needed an iron delivered to our room or had questions about the city, every request was met with a smile and handled immediately. Their attentiveness and hospitality made us feel truly welcome.
