“My daughters and I fell in love with this quaint and spacious place. Plenty of room for all of us, and the view of the Onset beach was incredible! We had everything we needed for the 5 days we stayed. There were plenty of things to do right in town, but also not too far a drive to the ferries to Nantucket and Martha’s Vineyard. I 100% recommend staying here.”

“I booked this property with my adult daughter. We were so looking forward to this trip. We were so disappointed in this property. We could barely move around each other for lack of room. There was no place to store our belongings which meant we had to use our suitcases, which took up even more room. I would only recommend this property if you are traveling by yourself and with VERY LITTLE luggage. On the bright side, the view is spectacular and there are lots of cute little places to eat nearby....

“This review is for the one bedroom, water front cottage (sister property). The cottage was very clean and beautifully decorated. I rely enjoyed the SMEG fridge and tea pot! Kellie was such a gracious host. The property is on a working boat yard so there will be people in and out. We were not bothered by this at all. Everyone was very friendly and non intrusive. “We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived at the property in Oak Bluffs. Usually, what you see advertised is sometimes not what you get; however, this was not the case. This property was almost exactly as advertised, a brand new, beautiful 2-bedroom 1 bathroom guest house with ample parking, a patio with enough seating for at least 10-15 people, and a grill if you wanted to have a BBQ. “Very sweet place for short-term stay. Once on the island, owner was very communicative. The listing is accurate - if you want to cook meals, keep in mind that there is no stove, hot-plate, or toaster, so it worked for us for a weekend (although would have loved a toaster!) The only reason for the 4 stars on cleanliness was because there was a pair of socks from previous renter left in the bathroom, but otherwise clean!
