“Paid for the full price of the stay AND jumped through the ridiculous hoops they imposed on alternative websites (including sending photos of me and my ID + paying an additional security deposit) to be told I would receive "further instructions" on how to check in shortly (time: about 3 PM, check in time: 5 PM). At around 7 PM, still haven't heard anything from anybody. When I call to ask, they tried to blame ME for not "calling earlier" (i.e. they are supposed to review your info and release……

“Definitely mold, one guest who had a mold allergy couldn’t breathe properly there. Old contact lenses and nose ring were left from previous guests. You block other tenants in the off street parking so if someone needs to get out, you have to get back from the city to move your car. Heat definitely did not work. Only positive was the location, ”
