"Decent for a capsule hotel. The capsule was spacious and comfortable. The only negative was the shared facilities. It wasn't air conditioned so it was always hot and muggy. But it was relatively clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is great. It's within walking distance of many markets and attractions. Plenty of restaurants. The metro station is a 5-min walk. The price was very affordable for budget travelers. And it's a good step up from a hostel. "

"Our family enjoyed our 2 nights stay there. We had a stunning view of KLCC and KL Tower from our unit. The unit was comfortable, clean and tastefully designed. KLCC and Bukit Bintang is just a short drive away. Host and security were all friendly. Would have been better if there was a hot water kettle provided, if the water pressure in the bathroom was stronger and if there was wifi but other than that we would highly recommend this unit. "
