The city managers should control the amount of kitschy shops/ businesses and stands. It's outrageous how many are allowed on Gubalowska - it is not a shopping mall. "Fitstly we could not find the hotel nor our taxi driver. It did have a sign which could not be seen in the dark. Hotel was in a secluded area with not much around. I did not get help with the bags being taken up the stairs despite being on my own with 2 kids. The room was shabby. The curtains were smaller than the windows and were very thin. Everything was dusty and dirty. None of the lamps in the room worked. The fridge stunk, the beds were so hard that parts of your body you were lying on would become numb. The sheets were too small for the single beds that when you moved you exposed the dirty mattress. For £150 per night I was expecting a lot more. Not impressed at all. "
