The hotel is in the middle of all the shopping and dining that you could ever need. “The location is a bit far from city center, but I can say enjoy the shopping immediately next to the hotel it is an excellent convenience. The decor of the hotel is beautiful and the facilities are new, the room is spacious and tidy, also very quiet at night, the amenities in the room and bathroom are more than enough, the beds are clean and comfortable. “Crown plaza bursa gerçekten konumu, konforu ve temizliği bakımından mükemmel. Spa ıslak kullanım çok başarılı. Ancak bunun yanında masaj almak isterseniz orada duracaksınız. İnanılmaz uçuk fiyatlar. 2 gecelik 3 kişilik fiyata ancak 1 kişi masaj olabilirsiniz:)) Dünyanın hiç biryerinde böyle masaj fiyatı görmedim.. eğer masaj düşünüyorsanız başka otele..”

“Otel çok temiz ve konforluydu. Çok rahat ettik. Kaliteli bir otel. Kahvaltısı açık büfe ve zengin çeşit vardı. Akşam yemeği açık büfe değil standart tabak içinde servis yapıldı ve çok keyif almadık. Ama otelden çok keyif aldık dinlendirici , konforlu,temizdi. resepsiyon ve kahvaltı personeli Çok yardımsever güler yüzlüydü. Tekrar konaklamayı isterim.”

“Never have been in an hotel with so bad cleaning. The room was dirty and they left papers in the floor, really dirty, the bedsheets was in very poor condition and did not change, they do not clean the bathroom. The waiterrs did not speak a word of English and did not want to understand or help you, verybad actitude, very expensive hotel for this horrible service”

“This is truly a great hotel. The room was huge and very comfortable. The only let down was the wi-fi as the signal was extremely weak. The view from the room was excellent and at night was even better. ”

“The hotel is pretty beautiful and location is convenient. They even has a parking structure which is rare in Turkish busy cities. The young men working at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. It was very pleasant to talk with them. A young lady assisted us to purchase boat tickets to Istanbul while we encoutered some problems. The only downside is they would charge 50 lira for a cup of coffee while the breakfast was free. The coffee tasted not good at all. ”
