However, in the room, the bathroom door was made of glass and it was wider than the door gap so it hit the wall hard making a horrible sound. “0/10 This hotel is a false advertisement. There is no spa or bar. Personnel don’t even stay in the actual hotel. The rooms are across the street in a very bad building that stinks. The rooms smell terrible and still they list price options for the spa inside the rooms it’s actually funny. They argued that they advertised that the spa is closed but no where does it say that on the booking. Our “valet parking” consisted of the guy pulling the car forward 2 inches while it was parked on the street……

“Spa ayrı bir işletme ve çok dar, spa-otel ilişkisi rahat değil -- dermeçatma. Spa açısından tavsiye etmem. Otelin kendisi temiz, geniş ve ferah çalışanlar yardımcı oluyor. Ama asansör konusu çok sorunlu (bütün otel ve çalışanlar için tek bir asansör var). İkinci asansör yapıyorlardı, ama spa asansörü bozuktu, soğukta dışarıdan yürüyüp gelmek zorunda kaldık, spada yıkanmış olsak hasta olurduk kesin. Sadece açık havuz var kışları kapalı. Bence kendilerini spa otel olarak tanıtmamalılar, normal……
