Our host, Simone, was so very helpful, friendly, and accommodating. He really made our visit seamless and special. We decided to stay an extra night and Simone was very happy to help us. I feel like we made a new friend. The room itself was comfortable, the AC worked well, and it was central to public transportation. We would definitely visit Hotel Universo again.
