It was evident to me that there are upper-management issues at this property. All service-facing employees went above and beyond—especially the front desk staff, who were truly amazing.
However, several concerns arose, particularly regarding room cleanliness and the hotel’s overall management and operational standards.
This did not feel like a Hilton experience. The hallways had an unpleasant odor, and the room did as well. Lobby doorways and walls, including those in the elevators and guest rooms, were not as clean as expected. That said, all housekeepers were extremely kind and professional.
Whoever is responsible for making the executive-level decisions regarding how this hotel is run should revisit their operational philosophy. I was born and raised in this area, and given that this hotel is relatively new, these issues were especially disappointing. I will not be returning to this property.
