A'dan Z'ye her şeyi mükemmel. Aklınıza ne geliyorsa. Odalar temiz, banyo yeni ( duşakabin zeminine kaymaz bant atmaları lazım bence), çalışanlar ilgili ve güleryüzlü. Kahvaltı gayet yerinde. Konumu harika. Çeşmeye tekrar gittiğimde mutlaka burada konaklayacağım.

Positiv: Die Klimaanlage lief super, das Zimmer war wirklich sehr angenehm kühl bei jedem betreten. Der Roomservice (Cleaning) hat das Zimmer gut sauber gemacht. Das Personal war sehr nett. Negativ: Das Zimmer war sehr sehr klein. Unser Zimmer war im Kellergeschoss, das war nicht so gut. Beim Frühstücksbuffet hätte ich mir selbstgemachte Konfitüren und Marmeladen gewünscht, die Brotaufstriche die vorhanden waren bestanden fast nur aus Glukose und Aromen.

Çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve ilgiliydi 2 gece kaldık odada buzdolabı ne yazıkki bozuktu havlu ve temizlik malzemeleri yeterli değildi odada çok kalmadığımız için sıkıntı yaşamadık ama çocuklu aile için sıkıntı olabilir çalışanlar eksikleri teledi etmeye çalıştılar kibar ve güler yüzlülerdi ancak çöp boşaltılmadı havlular yenilenmedi ve oda silinmedi 3 gece konaklama da değişlik gösterebilir mi bilmiyorum konumu/fiyat bağlamında yeterli denilebilir tektar konaklanılabilir ancak farklı alternatifleri de değerlendireceğim

Güzel Konfor ve Güler Yüzlü Hizmet

Mat Boutique Hotel'de harika bir konaklama deneyimi yaşadım. Personellerin güler yüzü ve ilgisi gerçekten takdire şayan. Her durumla yakından ilgilendiler ve kendimi evimde gibi hissettirdiler. Odanın temizliği oldukça iyiydi, her şey tertemiz ve düzenliydi. Duş oldukça kullanışlı ve rahattı, yataklar da bir o kadar konforluydu. Genel olarak, Mat Boutique Hotel'den çok memnun kaldım ve tavsiye ederim!

2 günlük konaklamanız sırasında gayet memnun ayrıldığımız bir oteldi. Kahvaltısı gayet çeşitli ve özenliydi. Konum olarak da Ilıca plajına araçla 11 dkda, boyalık plajına ise 6 dkda vardık. Sadece çamaşır yıkama hizmetlerinin olmasını tercih ederdim ama yoktu.

5 gece konaklama yaptık. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve çalışkan. Kahvaltıları da güzeldi her gün başka çeşitler yapılıyordu. Otel ve odaları gayet temizdi eşyalar yeniydi. Ekonomik odada kaldık camlar çok küçüktü -1 bodrum katındaydı. Yürüyen insanları görebiliyorsunuz sadece tek eksik yanı buydu.

Yatak konusunda hassas olanlar dikkat

Genel olarak yeni ve temiz bir bina fakat oda temizliği sırasında çarşaflar ve yastık kılıfları değiştirilmemiş ben bizzat söyledim ve bana çarşafı verdiler kendim değiştirdim alezlerinde lekeler vardı yatak konusunda daha hijyenik olmalılar. Kahvaltısı normaldi fiyatına göre iyiydi. Otel çalışanları güler yüzlü ve her zaman yardımcı oldular.

Genel temizlik olarak odada bir problem yoktu fakat . Oda şimdiye kaldığım otel odalarına göre küçüktü -1 katta konakladığım için havuz tarafında ufak bir pencere dışında bir havalandırma yoktu bu yüzden çok beğenmedim. Kahvaltı pek başarılı değildi. Fakat fiyat performans açısından lokasyon ve temizlik açısından olumlu kalabilir

Nous avons séjourné 8 jours très sympathique. Le personnel est accueillant et agréable. Nous étions en appartement pour 5. Le logement était spacieux et propre. Quelques petits points à améliorer néanmoins: Un coin cuisine avec plaque est à disposition mais pas d’ustensiles pointu cuisiner, nous avons dû aller acheter poêle et casserole. Idem pour la machine à laver qui est très appréciable mais pas d’étendoirs a linge. La terrasse très grande équipée avec une superbe vue, ne présente pas d’éclairage pour y dîner le soir. Sinon, la localisation est super et la piscine appréciable

Das Hotel ist im allgemeinen gut. Frühstück, Sauberkeit, Lage usw. alles im allen sehr zufriedenstellend. Die zwei jüngeren Jungs aus dem Personal sind sehr bemüht und aufmerksam. Das gleiche kann ich zu dem etwas älteren Herren und der Dame in der Rezeption nicht sagen. Wir wollte im Hotel zu einer späteren Uhrzeit auschecken. Das haben wir mit der Dame geklärt, indem wir die hälfte des Zimmerpreises bezahlen. Dies kostete statt 1080 TL nur 540 TL. Da sie anscheinend nicht miteinander kommunizieren, kam der Herr auf uns zu und fragte, wie viel Uhr wir das Zimmer verlassen möchten. Wir sagten Ihm, gegen 18-19 Uhr. Daraufhin schilderte der Herr, dass es keinerlei möglich und das Hotel ausgebucht ist. Wir waren erstmals geschockt und beruften uns auf die Frau, weil Sie uns das versichert hatte. Nachdem wir zum Schluss dem Mann auch sagten, dass wir dafür sogar 540 TL zahlen und es mit der Dame besprochen wurde, war das Hotel auf einmal nicht mehr ausgebucht und laut Aussage des Mannes war auf einmal alles wieder machbar. Beim Check out gegen 19 Uhr wollte die Frau an der Rezeption von uns plötzlich 1080 TL, obwohl Sie ein Tag vorher uns versichert hat, dass wir nur die hälfte des Zimmerpreises zahlen müssen. Nach hin und her hat Sie es dennoch akzeptiert. Aus diesem Grund bin ich mit den beiden leider nicht zufrieden. Ich hätte das Hotel definitiv wieder besucht, bis das geschah. Aktuell bin ich am grübeln ob ich das Hotel wieder besuchen werde oder nicht.

Sehr sauber das Hotel,die Mitarbeiter sind hilfsbereit und freundlich. Etwas abgelegen,aber würde es trotzdem jedem empfehlen und wieder buchen.
